4. Counter-Notice Procedure 🔄

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notice with our Designated Agent. A valid counter-notice must contain:

  • Second Offense: Temporary suspension (30 days) and mandatory copyright education
  • Third Offense: Permanent termination of access to all Wazifa Love services
  • Egregious Cases: Immediate termination for severe or willful infringement
